Commencing with. a report furnished ten (10) days after the end of the calendar month in which Delivery occurs, LESSEE will furnish to LESSOR a Monthly Report in English in the form attached hereto as Exhibit J. Each Monthly Report will be furnished within ten (10) days after the end of each calendar month, except that the Monthly Report pertaining to the last month (or any portion thereof) of the Lease Term will be furnished to LESSOR on the Termination Date.
