Common use of Commercial Auto Coverage Clause in Contracts

Commercial Auto Coverage. Automobile Liability coverage (equivalent in coverage to ISO form CA 00 01) of not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit, each accident, covering all owned, hired and non-owned autos. If contractor does not have any company owned vehicles, hired and non-owned auto coverage for the contractor must be evidenced through a general liability policy or auto policy.
