Common use of Commercial Domestic License Clause in Contracts

Commercial Domestic License. ● Use of Software: only in the Territory for commercial purposes of You and Your Authorized Affiliates, as applicable. ● License Term: until expiry of the Subscription Period. ● Users: You, and/or Your employees, and/or the employees of Your Authorized Affiliates, as applicable.
