Common use of Commercial Electronic Messaging Clause in Contracts

Commercial Electronic Messaging. (a) Subject to this clause, we may send you Commercial Electronic Messages regarding telecommunications goods and services, and ancillary goods and services, and you consent to us doing so. (b) You consent under clause 102(a): (i) applies while your Contract is in force and for a year afterwards; and (ii) is in addition to any other consent that you may give, or which may be inferred, for the purposes of section 16(2) of the Spam Act; but (iii) terminates if you give us reasonable written notice that it is withdrawn. (c) Any Commercial Electronic Message we send you does not have to comply with section 18(1) of the Spam Act. (d) This clause 102 survives the termination of your Contract.

(c) 40.3 Any Commercial Electronic Message we send you does not have to comply with section 18(1) of the Spam Act. (d) 40.4 This clause 102 40 (Commercial Electronic Messaging) survives the termination of your Contract.
