Commercial Enterprise License. ● Use of Software: worldwide for commercial purposes of You and Your Authorized Affiliates, as applicable. ● License Term: until expiry of the Subscription Period. ● Users: You, and/or Your employees, and/or the employees of Your Authorized Affiliates and Professional Consultants (except in case of Usage-based Licenses, as defined below), as applicable.
