Common use of Commercial Field Clause in Contracts

It is the Field which ECOPETROL accepts that is capable of producing Hydrocarbons in economically exploitable quantity and quality in one or more Production Targets defined by ECOPETROL upon acceptance of commerciality, without prejudice of the possibility of other Production Targets being found during the development phase.
