CITY, its officers, employees, agents and contractors are to be covered as additional insureds as respects: Liability arising out of activities performed by or on behalf of, LICENSEE; products and completed operations of LICENSEE; premises owned, leased or used by LICENSEE; and automobiles owned, leased, hired or borrowed by LICENSEE.
