Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability Coverages. a. The City of Flagstaff, its officers, officials, and employees are additional insureds with respect to liability arising out of: activities performed by, or on behalf of, the Provider; including the City's general supervision of the Provider; products and completed operations of the Provider: and automobiles owned, leased, hired or borrowed by the Provider.
