Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability Coverages. a. The City of San Xxxx, BOARD and Plan, together with their trustees, officers, employees, agents and contractors are to be covered as additional insureds as respects: Liability arising out of activities performed by or on behalf of ACTUARY; products and completed operations of ACTUARY; premises owned, leased or used by ACTUARY; and automobiles owned, leased, hired or borrowed by ACTUARY. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to CITY, BOARD and Plan, together with their trustees, its officers, employees, agents and contractors. b. ACTUARY's insurance coverage shall be primary insurance as respects CITY, BOARD and Plan, and their trustees, officers, employees, agents and contractors. Any insurance or self-insurance maintained by CITY, BOARD, or their trustees, officers, employees, agents or contractors shall be excess of ACTUARY's insurance and shall not contribute with it. c. Any failure to comply with reporting provisions of the policies by ACTUARY shall not affect coverage provided CITY, BOARD and Plan, and their trustees, officers, employees, agents, or contractors. d. Coverage shall state that ACTUARY's insurance shall apply separately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability. e. Coverage shall contain waiver of subrogation in favor of CITY, BOARD and Plan, and their trustees, officers, employees, agents and contractors.

Owned automobiles may be insured under CONSULTANT’s personal insurance policies and may not cover the above-referenced additional insureds. b. Coverage shall contain a waiver of subrogation in favor of the CITY, BOARD and PlanSUCCESSOR AGENCY, and their trustees, its officers, employees, agents agents, and contractors.

Coverage shall contain a waiver of subrogation in favor of CITYthe City, BOARD and Plan, and their trustees, its officers, employees, agents and contractorsagents.

SDSTA and it’s officers, agents, and employees; Fermi Research Alliance, LLC, and its officers, agents, employees; University of Chicago and its officers, agents, and employees; University Research Association, LLC, and its officers, agents, and employees; the United States Department of Energy and its officers, agents, and employees; Xxxxxxx Gold Corporation, Homestake Mining Company of California, and the affiliates of Xxxxxxx and Homestake, and each of its and their trusteesofficers, officersdirectors, employees, and agents and contractors any visitor, contractor or consultant Homestake or Xxxxxxx invites onto, allows or authorizes to use SURF are to be covered as additional insureds as respects: Liability with respect to liability arising out of activities performed by or on behalf of ACTUARYany Contractor or Project Participant; products and completed operations of ACTUARYany Contractor or Project Participants; premises owned, leased leased, or used by ACTUARYany Contractor or Project Participant; and automobiles owned, leased, hired hired, or borrowed by ACTUARYany Contractor or Project Participant. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to CITY, BOARD and Plan, together with their trusteesSDSTA, its officers, directors, or employees, agents . All additional insured coverage must include ongoing and contractorscompleted operations. b. ACTUARY's c. Coverage shall contain a waiver of subrogation in favor of CITYSDSTA and its officers, BOARD and Planagents, and their trusteesemployees, the State of South Dakota and officers, employees, agents and contractorsemployees; Xxxxxxx Gold Corporation, Homestake Mining Company of California, and the affiliates of each of Xxxxxxx and Homestake, and each of its and their officers, directors, employees and agents, and any visitor, contractor or consultant Homestake or Xxxxxxx invite onto or allow to authorize to use SURF; Fermi Research Alliance, LLC, and its officers, agents, and employees; and the United States Department of Energy and its officers, agents, and employees.

The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to CITY, BOARD and Plan, together with their trusteesNAVIGATOR, its officers, employees, agents and contractorsPROVIDERs. b. PROVIDER, its officers, employees, agents and PROVIDERs are to be covered as additional insured as respects: Liability arising out of activities performed by or on behalf of, NAVIGATOR; products and completed operations of NAVIGATOR; premises owned, leased or used by NAVIGATOR; and automobiles owned, leased, hired or borrowed by NAVIGATOR. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to the PROVIDER, its officers, employees, agents, and PROVIDERs. c. Any failure to comply with reporting provisions of the policies by ACTUARY PROVIDER shall not affect coverage provided CITYNAVIGATOR, BOARD and Plan, and their trustees, its officers, employees, agents, or contractorsPROVIDER’s. d. Coverage shall state that ACTUARYPROVIDER's insurance shall apply separately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability. e. Coverage shall contain waiver of subrogation in favor of CITY, BOARD and Plan, and their trustees, officers, employees, agents and contractors.

ACTUARYEVALUATOR/INVESTIGATOR's insurance coverage shall be primary insurance as respects CITY, BOARD and Plan, and their trustees, its officers, employees, agents and contractors. Coverage shall contain a waiver of subrogation in favor of the CITY, BOARD and Plan, and their trustees, its officers, employees, agents and contractors.

The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to the SUCCESSOR AGENCY, the CITY, BOARD and Plan, together with their trustees, its officers, employees, agents and contractors. b. ACTUARYAUDITOR's insurance coverage shall be primary insurance as respects the SUCCESSOR AGENCY, the CITY, BOARD and Plan, and their trustees, officers, employees, agents and contractors. Any insurance or self-self- insurance maintained by the SUCCESSOR AGENCY, the CITY, BOARD, or and their trustees, officers, employees, agents or contractors shall be excess of ACTUARYAUDITOR's insurance and shall not contribute with it. c. Any failure to comply with reporting provisions of the policies by ACTUARY AUDITOR shall not affect coverage provided the SUCCESSOR AGENCY, the CITY, BOARD and Plan, and their trustees, officers, employees, agents, or contractors. d. Coverage shall state that ACTUARY's AUDITOR’s insurance shall apply separately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the insurer's ’s liability.. Coverage shall state that ACTUARY's Mitty’s and Mitty’s Subcontractor’s insurance shall apply separately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability. e. Coverage shall contain a waiver of subrogation in favor of the CITY, BOARD and Plan, and their trustees, officersits officials, employees, agents and contractors.
