Common use of Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability Clause in Contracts

Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability. The Consultant shall maintain commercial general liability coverage with limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate for bodily injury and property damage. The coverage shall include Premises and Operations, Contingent and Contractual Liability, and Products and Completed Operations, with additional endorsements as applicable. The coverage shall be written on a primary and non-contributory basis with the City listed as an additional insured as reflected by endorsement CG 2010 11/85 or its equivalence.
