Common use of Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability Clause in Contracts

Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability. This policy (or policies) shall be written at a total limit of no less than $5,000,000 per occurrence and $5,000,000 Aggregate and will include the following extension of coverage: a. Broad Form CGL endorsement; b. X, C and U coverage; c. Blanket Contractual with exclusions pertaining to completed operations, explosion, collapse and underground hazards deleted.
