Common use of Commercial General Liability and/or Commercial Automobile Liability Clause in Contracts

Commercial General Liability and/or Commercial Automobile Liability. a. ADDITIONAL INSURED STATUS: SACRAMENTO REGIONAL COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT, XXXXX AND XXXXXXXX, XXXXXXX ENGINEERS, INC., and each of their subconsultants, XXXXX AND XXXXXXXX/XXXXXXX ENGINEERS, INC., A JOINT VENTURE, and the County of Sacramento and their governing Boards, officers, directors, officials, employees, and volunteers and agents (each an “Additional Insured Party,” and collectively “Additionally Insured Parties”), are to be included as additional insureds as respects: liability arising out of activities performed by or on behalf of CONSULTANT; products and completed operations of CONSULTANT; premises owned, occupied or used by CONSULTANT in the performance of the work; or automobiles owned, leased, hired or borrowed by CONSULTANT. The coverage shall contain no endorsed limitations on the scope of protection afforded the Additionally Insured Parties.
