Additional Insured Status. The City, its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers are to be covered as additional insureds on the CGL policy with respect to liability arising out of work or operations performed by or on behalf of Contractor including materials, parts, or equipment furnished in connection with such work or operations. General liability coverage can be provided in the form of an endorsement to Contractor’s insurance (at least as broad as ISO Form CG 20 10 11 85 or if not available, through the addition of both CG 20 10, CG 20 26, CG 20 33, or CG 20 38; and CG 20 37 if a later edition is used).
Additional Insured Status. With respect to commercial general liability, automobile liability insurance, and, if applicable, umbrella policy, the policies must be endorsed to name the Judicial Branch Entities and Judicial Branch Personnel as additional insureds with respect to liabilities arising out of the performance of the Agreement.
Additional Insured Status. Solano County Water Agency, its directors, officers, employees, and authorized volunteers are to be given insured status (at least as broad as ISO Form CG 20 10 10 01), with respect to liability arising out of work or operations performed by or on behalf of the Contractor including materials, parts, or equipment furnished in connection with such work or operations.
Additional Insured Status. General liability, automobile liability, and if applicable, pollution liability and cyber liability, policies shall provide or be endorsed to provide that the City and its officers, officials, employees, agents, volunteers and representatives shall be additional insureds with regard to liability and defense of suits or claims arising out of the performance of the Agreement, under such policies. This provision shall also apply to any excess/umbrella liability policies.
Additional Insured Status. Both the Commercial General Liability and the Automobile Liability policies must name the CITY (including its officials, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers) specifically as an additional insured under the policy on a separate endorsement page. The Commercial General Liability additional insured endorsement shall be at least as broad as ISO Form CG 20 10 11 85, or if not available, through the addition of both CG 20 10, CG 20 26, CG 20 33, or CG 20 38, and CG 20 37 if a later edition is used. The Automobile Liability endorsement shall be at least as broad as ISO Form CA 20 01.

The County, its officers, officials, employees, volunteers, and others as may be specified in any "Special Conditions” shall be additional insureds on the CGL policy with respect to liability arising out of work or operations performed by or on behalf of the Contractor including materials, parts, or equipment furnished in connection with such work or operations. General liability coverage can be provided in the form of an endorsement to the Contractor’s insurance (at least as broad as ISO Form CG 20 10 11 85 or both CG 20 10 and CG 20 37 forms if later revisions used).

The County, its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers are to be covered as insureds on the auto policy with respect to liability arising out of automobiles owned, leased, hired or borrowed by or on behalf of the Contractor; and on the CGL policy with respect to liability arising out of work or operations performed by or on behalf of the Contractor including materials, parts, or equipment furnished in connection with such work or operations. General liability coverage can be provided in the form of an endorsement to the Contractor's insurance (at least as broad as ISO Form CG 20 10, 11 85 or both CG 20 10 and CG 23 37 forms if later revisions used).
Additional Insured Status. General liability policies shall provide or be endorsed to provide that City and its officers, officials, employees, and agents, and volunteers shall be additional insureds under such policies. This provision shall also apply to any excess/umbrella liability policies.
Additional Insured Status. The District, its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers are to be named as additional insured by endorsement to the Commercial General Liability policy and to the Sexual Abuse and Molestation policy, if applicable, with respect to liability arising out of work or operations performed by or on behalf of the Contractor including materials, parts or equipment furnished in connection with such work or operations.
Additional Insured Status. General liability, automobile liability, and if applicable, pollution liability policies shall provide or be endorsed to provide that the City and its officers, officials, employees, agents, and volunteers shall be additional insureds under such policies. This provision shall also apply to any excess/umbrella liability policies. Coverage shall be at least as broad as coverage provided by ISO’s Owners, Lessees, or Contractors Additional Insured Endorsement for the ongoing (i.e. ISO Form CG 20 10 07 04) and completed operations (i.e. ISO Form CG 20 37 07 04) of Contractor.
