Common use of Commercial General Liability Insurance (Occurrence Form) Clause in Contracts

Commercial General Liability Insurance (Occurrence Form). A policy of commercial general liability insurance (occurrence form) having a combined single limit of not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) per occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) aggregate per location if Tenant has multiple locations, providing coverage for, among other things, blanket contractual liability, premises, products/completed operations with an "Additional Insured-Managers or Lessors of Premises Endorsement" and containing the "Amendment of the Pollution Exclusion Endorsement" for damage caused by heat, smoke or fumes from a hostile fire, and personal and advertising injury coverage, with deletion of the exclusion for operations within fifty (50) feet of a railroad track (railroad protective liability), if applicable, and if applicable, and, if necessary, Tenant shall provide for restoration of the aggregate limit, and provided that the policy shall not contain any intra-insured exclusions as between insured persons or organizations, but shall include coverage for liability assumed under this Lease as an "insured contract" for the performance of Tenant's indemnity obligations under this Lease;
