Common use of Commercial General Liability – Occurrence Form Clause in Contracts

Commercial General Liability – Occurrence Form. The policy shall be endorsed to include the following additional insured language: “Garfield County, Colorado, its elected officials, trustees, employees, agents, and volunteers” shall be named as an “Additional Insured” with respect to liability arising out of the activities performed by, or on behalf of the Contractor.” Minimum Limits: General Aggregate $2,000,000 Products/ Completed Operations Aggregate $2,000,000 Each Occurrence Limit $1,000,000 Personal/Advertising Injury $1,000,000 Automobile Liability (can be waived if the Contract does not involve use of motor vehicle) Bodily Injury and Property Damage for any owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles used in the performance of this Contract.
