Common use of Commercial Liability Coverage Clause in Contracts

Commercial Liability Coverage. Lessee shall maintain in full force and effect for the period covered by this Agreement, commercial general liability insurance. This insurance shall include, but shall not be limited to, comprehensive general liability insurance providing protection against claims arising from bodily and personal injury, including death resulting therefrom, and damage to property resulting from any act or occurrence arising out of Lessee's operations in the performance of this Agreement. The policy shall provide not less than single limit coverage applying to bodily and personal injury, including death resulting therefrom, and Property damage in the minimum amounts of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) per aggregate. The insurance shall include coverage for the following: (i) Premises/Operations; (ii) Contractual; (iii) Broad Form Property Damage and (iv) Personal Injury.
