Commercial License. 2.1.1 Upon Licensee's acceptance of the XXXX, StonikByte grants the Licensee the perpetual right to use specific versions of the Software, subject to the General License Terms in section 2.3 and subject to the following:
2.1.1.1 Licensee may install any versions of Software that have Release Date prior to the Maintenance Expiration Date on a single server.
2.1.1.2 Licensee must ensure the maximum number of Authorized Users accessing and using the Software concurrently is equal to the number of Users Licenses for which the necessary Fees have been paid to the Reseller or StonikByte. The Licensee may purchase additional User Licenses at any time on payment of the appropriate Fees to the Reseller or StonikByte.
2.1.1.3 Licensee must pay in full all applicable Fees to StonikByte or Reseller by their due date. Failure to pay Fees by the due date will result in the immediate termination of the License granted under this XXXX.

Commercial License. A commercial license is a nonexclusive and nontransferable software license, according to which THE LICENSEE is entitled to receive and use an object code copy of the licensed software modules for an unlimited or limited period of time and for commercial as well as non-commercial purposes. Commercial licenses can be used for development, deployment (sometimes called "run-time"), or for both purposes.
Commercial License. Subject to the terms of this License, Medialooks grants you a limited, worldwide, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the Product solely to develop applications for your own internal use or for resale, deployment, distribution or licensing to third party end users. Medialooks hereby represents and warrants that it owns or has the rights necessary to grant the license to you as set forth in the preceding sentence. The fee payable by you for a Commercial license of our Product ("License Fee") will depend upon the type of license you purchase and the number of developers that use our Product:
Commercial License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CytomX hereby grants to ImmunoGen and its Affiliates an exclusive (even as to CytomX), non-transferable (except as expressly permitted in this Agreement), royalty-bearing license, including the right to grant sublicenses as described in Section 3.1.2 hereof, under the Licensed Intellectual Property, to Develop, make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale, import and otherwise Commercialize Licensed Products in the Field in the Territory. Commercial License. 45.01 In the event an employee loses his Commercial Drivers License (CDL) or is not successful in passing the CDL exam, the Employer will place the employee into another available job he is capable of performing and the new job's pay schedule, at the level closest to his previously held rate of pay. Such placement shall supersede lateral transfers, the posting procedure and workweek or shift preference transfers.
45.02 If no job is available, the employee shall be laid off with no bumping rights until such time as a job is available or until such time as he obtains a CDL, whichever is sooner. Upon obtaining his license, the employee shall be returned to his previous job title.
45.03 Employees required to take the driving portion of the CDL exam may be permitted to use an Employer vehicle for the exam at the Employers discretion.
Commercial License. 1.1.1 to analyze Your source or binary code for the purpose of assessing, correcting, or improving Your code; or
1.1.2 if the purchased license includes and authorizes the capability to do so, then to use the Software to modify Your source or binary code for internal use only, as part of Your development and testing processes, and not for use in production environments or for distribution.
1.1.2.1 Use of the functionality referenced in subsection 1.1.2 may add to, modify, and/or delete portions of the binary code to which it is applied and is not intended for use in production environments or distribution. GRAMMATECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY INSTANCE OR DAMAGES IN ANY FORM FOR USE OF THE FUNCTIONALITY REFERENCED IN SUBSECTION 1.1.2 IN PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENTS AND YOU SHALL INDEMNIFY, WITHOUT LIMIT, GRAMMATECH FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, AND LIABILITY RESULTING FROM YOUR USE THEREIN.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, on a Research Project Target-by-Research Project Target basis and effective on the Option Exercise Date for such Research Project Target, CytomX hereby grants to Pfizer and its Affiliates an exclusive (even as to CytomX, except to the extent necessary for CytomX to perform its obligations under the Research Program) license under the Licensed Intellectual Property, to make, have made, use, have used, sell, have sold, offer for sale, have offered for sale, import, have imported and otherwise exploit and Commercialize Licensed Products in the Field in the Territory, with the right to sublicense as provided in Section 4.1.6 (the “Commercial License”).
