Trial License. We grant you a free-of-charge, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license for one (1) Authorized User to install and use one (1) copy of the Software solely for internal Non-Production purposes to evaluate the Software to determine whether to purchase a license to the Software. You may not download more than one (1) copy of the Software unless otherwise authorized by us. You may not use the Software for any other purpose. You may only use the Software for thirty (30) days from the Effective Date, unless otherwise authorized by us ("Trial Period"). Unless you pay the applicable fee for the Software, the Software may become inoperable and, in any event, your right to use Software automatically expires at the end of the Trial Period. We may terminate your license to the trial version of the Software upon written notice at any time for any reason and without liability of any kind. If you subsequently license a non-trial version of the Software, your license to the trial version of the Software shall immediately terminate.
Trial License. (a) If Customer is evaluating Evaluation Software (as defined below), then only the terms and conditions of this Section 16 (including those Sections of this Agreement incorporated in this Section 16 by reference) will govern Customer’s temporary use of such Evaluation Software (and no other terms of this Agreement shall apply to Customer or govern Customer’s use of Evaluation Software) and upon purchase of a commercial license for such Evaluation Software, this entire Agreement, exclusive of this Section 16, shall apply to Customer and govern all use of the Licensed Material.
(b) Embarcadero is the owner and provider of certain proprietary software and documentation that Customer may request to use, from time to time, on a temporary basis for the sole purpose of testing and evaluating such software prior to purchasing a commercial license for such software (“Evaluation Software”). All installation and usage of Evaluation Software by Customer requires a temporary License Key or trial License Key to be issued by Embarcadero and Customer is only permitted to use Evaluation Software during the term of the temporary License Key or trial License Key issued by Embarcadero.
(c) Evaluation Software is provided to Customer solely for evaluation purposes for Customer’s own testing and evaluation purposes (an “Evaluation”) and upon delivering a temporary License Key or trial License Key to Customer, Embarcadero hereby grants Customer a non-transferable, nonexclusive, limited license to operate and use the Evaluation Software for such Evaluation during the period commencing on the date Customer downloads the Evaluation Software and ending on the expiration of the temporary License Key or trial License Key (including any extensions thereof authorized by Embarcadero, the “Evaluation Period”). Customer agrees not to cause or permit the reverse engineering, disassembly, modification, translation or decompilation of any Evaluation Software. Customer shall not copy the Evaluation Software, or create or develop any derivative software based upon the Evaluation Software.
(d) Customer acknowledges that all Evaluation Software incor- porates confidential and proprietary information developed or acquired by or licensed to Embarcadero and that all results of testing of the Evaluation Software, whether performed by Customer or another third party, are confidential. All access and usage of Evaluation Software by Customer requires a temporary User generated username and password (“Trial Registration”) and Customer is only permitted to use Evaluation Software during the term identified on Testmo’s website (the “Trial Term”).
(c) Evaluation Software is provided to Customer solely for evaluation purposes for Customer’s own testing and evaluation purposes (an “Evaluation”) and upon Trial Registration Testmo hereby grants Customer a non-transferable, nonexclusive, limited license to access and use the Evaluation Software for such Evaluation during the period commencing on the date Customer first accesses the Evaluation Software and ending on the expiration of the Trial Term (including any extensions thereof authorized by Testmo, the “Evaluation Period”). Evaluation Software may be used by Customer solely for Customer’s internal evaluation purposes and may not be used for any commercial purpose or any purpose for which Customer charges any third party a fee. Customer agrees not to cause or permit the reverse engineering, disassembly, modification, translation or decompilation of any Evaluation Software. Trial License. This includes all rights and responsibilities associated with the Enterprise Edition including an Add-on for a limited amount of time. This license may only be used for purposes related to your initial internal evaluation and proof-of-concept activities and shall not be used for development or testing purposes, even on a temporary basis, after a commercial license has been purchased.
Trial License. BMC grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, temporary license to access and use the Technology for a 30 day time period, unless otherwise provided by BMC (“Trial Period”), only (a) to internally evaluate and determine whether to acquire a license to the Products for a fee, or (b) if User is an authorized BMC Partner or a Service Provider, to demonstrate to the prospective customer for the prospective customer’s internal evaluation purposes.

Sencha is the owner and provider of certain proprietary software and documentation that You may request to use, from time to time, on a temporary basis for the sole purpose of testing and evaluating such software prior to purchasing a commercial license for such software (“Trial Software”). In addition to the other terms contained herein, and subject to Your compliance with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, We grant to You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to install and use the Trial Software strictly for Your internal evaluation and review purposes and not for production purposes (the “Trial License”). This Section 2.2. will govern Your temporary use of such Trial Software and upon purchase of a commercial license for such Trial Software, this entire Agreement, exclusive of this Section 2.2, shall apply to You and govern all Your use of such commercial licensed Software. The term of the Trial License is for thirty (30) consecutive days following the date of the initial download of the Trial Software (“the Trial Period”). You agree not to use the Trial Software for any purpose other than permitted under this Section 2.2. Under the terms of the Trial License, You are explicitly not permitted (i) to distribute the Trial Software to any user outside the Organization on whose behalf You have undertaken the Trial License (ii) to hide, remove, or otherwise circumvent any watermarks included in the Trial Software. Your rights to use the Trial Software will immediately terminate upon the earlier of (i) any use in violation of the restrictions set forth herein, (ii) the expiration of the Trial Period, or (iii) such time that You purchase a commercial license of the Software. We reserve the right to terminate Your Trial License at any time in Our absolute and sole discretion.
Trial License. If a BlackBerry Solution is provided by BlackBerry to Customer for internal testing purposes (“Trial”), the license set out above shall be of a sixty (60) day limited duration from when the BlackBerry Solution is made available by BlackBerry to Customer unless stated otherwise by BlackBerry in writing (“Trial Period”) and shall apply solely to the extent necessary to perform the Trial. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, such license shall automatically terminate upon the expiry of the Trial Period, or earlier if Customer breaches any provision of this Agreement, and subsection 11(d) of this Agreement shall apply. The Trial Period may be extended or terminated by BlackBerry in writing at any time in its sole discretion.
Trial License. 3.1 There is a possibility for a trial license. A trial license is a trial of a period of 30 days prior to the initial Term of 12 months, as determined by PolderValley. In the Confirmation Email is indicated if there is a trial period. If so, the last day of the trial period will be indicated as well.

Trial License. If You have acquired a trial version of the Software, the Software is for evaluation use only. Your trial version will cease operation after a period of 15 days from the date You submit a request for a trial license key using the online request form on the SlickEdit website. This Agreement will terminate after such period unless extended by SlickEdit upon Your acquisition of a full retail license. Trial versions may contain limited functionality and are to be used for evaluation purposes only. YOUR USE OF TRIAL SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. SEE SECTIONS 4(b) AND 5 for WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS WHICH GOVERN TRIAL SOFTWARE.
