Common use of Commercial License Agreement Terms and Conditions Clause in Contracts

Commercial License Agreement Terms and Conditions. In addition to the principles and guidelines set forth in Section 13(c)(i) and Section 13(c)(ii) of this Agreement, the Parties hereby further agree that a Commercial License shall be granted if and only if the Parties mutually agree that the terms and conditions of the license agreement in respect of such Commercial License incorporates the following terms, principles and guidelines:
