Common use of Commercial Operation Date Storage Capacity Test Clause in Contracts

Commercial Operation Date Storage Capacity Test. Upon no less than ten (10) Business Days prior Notice to Buyer, Seller shall schedule and complete a Storage Capacity Test prior to the Commercial Operation Date.
