The contract must be between the Party Time Mixes Independent Consultant, Your Name, and the store owner/manager. Party Time Mixes and Party Time Mixes LLC cannot, and may not be made a party to a contract between you and a store owner/manager; b) If a dispute arises between you and another Party Time Mixes Independent Consultant regarding engagements at a independent retail store locations, it is your responsibility to first attempt to reach an equitable resolution with the other Party Time Mixes Independent Consultant, and then involve your respective upline sponsors to resolve the issue. If the sponsors cannot reach a resolution, then the sponsors should contact the Party Time Mixes Home Office. At no time will Party Time Mixes be liable for incurred expenses (in store booth fees, travel, lodging, meals etc.) arising from a disputed situation. Party Time Mixes Independent Consultants are also permitted to sell Party Time Mixes products on a cash-and-carry basis at fairs, trade shows, professional expositions and other temporary retailing events such as boutiques, craft shows, events, holiday bazaars, mall kiosks, base exchanges, permanent swap meets, and/or summer farmers markets in which are all approved temporary selling locations with the understanding that the Party Time Mixes Independent Consultants will price the Party Time Mixes products as they are priced on the retail websites (unless specifically stated otherwise per company policy). Price undercutting and price inflation is strictly prohibited.
