Sponsoring. All active Market Partners in good standing have the right to sponsor and enroll others into MONAT. Each prospective Market Partner has the ultimate right to choose his or her own Sponsor. If two Market Partners claim to be the Sponsor of the same new Market Partner, the Company shall regard the first application received by the Company as controlling. When sponsoring a new Market Partner through the online enrollment process, the Sponsor may assist the new applicant in filling out the enrollment materials. However, the applicant must personally review and agree to the online application and agreement, MONAT’s Policies and Procedures, and the MONAT Compensation Plan. The Sponsor may not fill out the online application and agreement on behalf of the applicant and agree to these materials on behalf of the applicant.
Sponsoring. All active Business Partners in good standing have the right to sponsor and enroll others into Kyäni. Each prospective Customer or Business Partner has the ultimate right to choose his or her own Sponsor. If two Business Partners claim to be the Sponsor of the same new Business Partner or Customer, the Company shall regard the first application received by the Company as controlling. In addition, Kyäni reserves the right to deny enrollment in countries or territories where the company is not officially open.
Sponsoring. Sponsoring is an important part of being a Unicity Distributor and carries with it many benefits and responsibilities. A Distributor may act as the Sponsor for a Distributor applicant so long as the Sponsor is in good standing with Unicity. If more than one Distributor claims Sponsorship of the same person, Unicity will determine the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

If two Distributors claim to be the Sponsor of the same new Distributor or Preferred Customer, the Company shall regard the first application received by the Company as controlling.
Sponsoring. All active Coaches in good standing have the right to sponsor and enroll others into Beachbody. Each Prospective Customer or Coach has the ultimate right to choose his or her own sponsor. If two Coaches claim to be the sponsor of the same new Coach or Customer, the Company shall regard the first properly completed application received by the Company as controlling. If a prospective Coach contacts the Company and requests that a sponsor be assigned to him or her, the Company reserves the sole and final discretion on where to place the prospect within the genealogy. If a new Coach enrolls without selecting a sponsor at the time of enrollment, the Company may either place or randomly assign the new Coach within the genealogy in its sole and final discretion.
Sponsoring. Recruiting and sponsoring Responsibility to Frontline Non-sponsoring Consultants
Sponsoring. As a Hello Love Fanatic, I am given the right to recruit other Fanatics, becoming their “Sponsor,” as more fully explained in the Company Policies. I agree to provide training, support, and encouragement to each Fanatic I sponsor. I understand that Company does not permit changing of Sponsors without prior written authorization from the Company. Network marketing is a business of creating relationships. Once a Fanatic is sponsored, the Company believes in maximum protection of that relationship.
Sponsoring. If you are a current Party Time Mixes Independent Consultant in good standing, you have the right to sponsor and enroll others into Party Time Mixes by helping them successfully complete and online application to join Party Time Mixes and read and understand this Independent Consultant Agreement.
Sponsoring. All active Independent Representatives in good standing have the right to sponsor and enroll others in MSTG Solutions, Inc. Each prospective customer or Independent Representative has the ultimate right to choose his or her own sponsor. If two Independent Representatives claim to be the sponsor or the same Independent Representative or customer, MSTG Solutions, Inc. shall regard the first application received as controlling. Basic tenets of common sense and consideration should govern.
Sponsoring for the purposes of these GTC the following are considered eligible forms of sponsorship: sponsored programme, sponsored trailer and injection. SPONSORED PROGRAMME is the programme marked with a sponsorship message. Content of the sponsorship message: • Identification of the sponsor cannot contain any specific supporting elements; • The sponsorship message must include business name or name of the legal entity, or name and surname of a natural person (in the text of these GTC also as “sponsor”) or trademark, or sponsor’s logo, and it must refer to the connection between the sponsor and the sponsored programme; • Sponsor’s logo, trademark, business name or name of the legal entity, or name and surname of a natural person, slogan, trademark of services or product used in the sponsorship message must be registered. Such registration must be proved in advance by xxxxx of a written certificate of registration submitted to Media RTVS. Unless such obligation is met, Media RTVS shall be entitled to refuse to broadcast such sponsorship message; • Only one of the sponsor’s known products can be mentioned (shown) in the sponsorship message. However, characteristics, possible use, etc. of product cannot be specified in detail; • Direct support of sale, purchase or lease of sponsor’s and third/party goods or services in the sponsorship message is completely prohibited. The sponsorship message cannot contain e.g. specific promotional references to sponsor’s products or services in sponsored programs; • The sponsorship message cannot contain or promote names, business names, designations, or references to activities, brands (including logos) or products, projects by RTVS direct or indirect competitors, in particular other broadcasters (e.g. television, radio); • The sponsorship message must identify the sponsor and sponsor’s connection with the sponsored program and in no way can be of an advertising nature. • Sponsorship message can be animated and/or sound; • Character of the sponsorship message cannot be that of a spot (commercial). A cut spot cannot be used for production of a sponsorship message, even if the spot was only broadcasted outside the territory of the Slovak Republic; • Maximum duration of a sponsorship message is 15“.
