Common use of COMMERCIAL SEGMENT / PHASE Clause in Contracts

COMMERCIAL SEGMENT / PHASE. shall be the non–residential portion of the Housing complex which is located within Phase_I/completed project area and is meant for and to be utilized for commercial purposes only which may inter-alia have provision for : bank/ ATM, , Daily convenience Store with Milk, fruits, vegetables and other edibles, Restaurant, Beauty Parlour, Medical Stores etc . However, it shall be the sole discretion of the Builder/Promoter to allot number of stores for various purposes for Value or consideration to be received only by Builder/ Promoter
