Pre-Commencement Phase Services. 2.1.1 Pre-commencement Coordination. As early as practicable and reasonably in advance of the commencement of Work on the Project, the Contractor shall schedule and conduct an initial construction coordination meeting for the purpose of determining and developing the appropriate and necessary processes and procedures for proper planning and coordination for the installation of all the Work. The meeting shall include all of the Subcontractors, Trade Contractors, , and Suppliers materially involved in such installation of the Work. The Contractor shall assure that each necessary Subcontractor involved in performance of the Work shall be present and represented by a knowledgeable person with authority to reach agreement on the coordination procedures and processes involving its portion of the Work. The Owner shall be represented at this initial meeting by the Owner’s Representative, and shall require that authorized and knowledgeable representatives of each of the separate disciplines in the design team, comprising the Design Professional and all Consultants contributing to the design preparation, shall also be present at the initial meeting. If necessary, additional meetings shall be scheduled by the Contractor with all of the affected parties to continue review and resolution of any real or apparent conflicts or interferences.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Preconstruction Phase Services The CM/GC agrees to provide all of the Preconstruction Phase Services described below on an ongoing basis in support of, and in conformance with, the time frames described in the Request for Proposals. Commencement of the Construction Phase shall not excuse CM/GC from completion of the Preconstruction Phase Services, if such services have not been fully performed at commencement of the Construction Phase. Preconstruction Phase Services shall include CM Services performed during the Preconstruction Phase.

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Service Commencement 3.1 The Engineer may reuse an existing socket and line routing to fulfil your order; if this occurs your appointment will be cancelled and no engineer will attend site. If you want to force an engineer to attend site, then you are required to tick the box on the order form (up to 2 hours of Time Related Charges may apply in addition to the activation fee):

  • Design Phase Services § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.

  • Service Commencement Date The date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Section 15.3 or Section 29.1 under the Tariff.

  • Commencement of Work Engineer shall not commence any field work under this Contract until he/she/it has obtained all required insurance and such insurance has been approved by County. As further set out below, Engineer shall not allow any subcontractor/subconsultant(s) to commence work to be performed in connection with this Contract until all required insurance has been obtained and approved and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Approval of the insurance by County shall not relieve or decrease the liability of Engineer hereunder.

  • Commencement of Interconnection Activities If the Developer executes the final LGIA, the ISO, Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer shall perform their respective obligations in accordance with the terms of the LGIA, subject to modification by FERC. Upon submission of an unexecuted LGIA in accordance with Section 30.11.3, the Parties shall promptly comply with the unexecuted LGIA, subject to modification by FERC.

  • Project Commencement The Grantee shall begin the grant-funded project on September 1, 2023, unless otherwise approved by System Agency. If project commencement is delayed, the Grantee must submit in writing to the assigned contract manager, the steps taken to initiate the project, the reasons for the delay, and the expected start date. System Agency may require Grantee to take immediate remedial or corrective action in response to any delay.
