Commercial Theatrical Release. If the Director’s services are retained for a Movie for Television financed as a Theatrical Film and commercially released theatrically before being broadcast on television, the Director’s Gross remuneration shall be adjusted in the ten (10) days following the release to ensure that the Director receives no less than the minimum fees provided for a Theatrical Film in paragraph 17.11.
