Common use of Commercial Tort Claim Clause in Contracts

Commercial Tort Claim. The Pledgor agrees that, if it shall acquire an interest in any Commercial Tort Claim, it shall (i) within ten (10) days (or such later date as the Lender may agree) following such acquisition, deliver to the Lender, in each case in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Lender, written notice thereof containing a specific description of such Commercial Tort Claim and (ii) execute and deliver to the Lender, in each case in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Lender, any document, and take all other action, deemed by the Lender to be reasonably necessary or appropriate for the Lender to obtain a perfected security interest in such Commercial Tort Claim.
