Commercialization Decisions. (a) The Licensee shall consult with the Licensor in relation to the proposed manner of Commercialisation of the Joint IP and Joint Technology, and steps taken in that Commercialisation.
(b) The Licensee shall decide all matters with respect to the manner of Commercialising the Joint IP and Joint Technology.
