Common use of Commercialization of Production of the Contractor Clause in Contracts

Commercialization of Production of the Contractor. The Contractor may market the portion of the Net Hydrocarbons corresponding to the Contractor Consideration on its own behalf or through any other registered marketer, provided that if the Contractor commercializes its share of the production to which it is entitled within Mexico, the marketer must be registered with the Energy Regulatory Commission of Mexico in accordance with the Applicable Laws.
