Commercialization Outside North America. Celgene shall be solely responsible for all Commercialization activities relating to Licensed Products outside of North America. On a Licensed Product-by-Licensed Product basis, Celgene shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Commercialize all Licensed Products in each country in the Territory outside North America in which Regulatory Approval for such Licensed Product is obtained.
