Common use of Commercialization-related Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Commercialization-related Responsibilities. The JSC shall establish a subcommittee called Joint Commercialization Committee (“JCC”) to coordinate the activities of the Parties in connection with Commercialization of the Product in the Territory and the Reserved Territory in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, the JSC will discuss and attempt to resolve disagreements escalated by JCC and assume such other responsibilities as are set forth in this Agreement with regard to Commercialization, or as mutually agreed in writing by duly authorized representatives of the Parties from time to time.
