Common use of Commercialization Report Clause in Contracts

Commercialization Report. For each Calendar Year following Regulatory Approval for a Product in a Major Market, BMS shall provide to Ambrx annually within sixty (60) days after the end of such Calendar Year a written report that summarizes the Commercialization activities performed by BMS, and its Affiliates and Sublicensees in the Major Markets since the prior report by BMS.

Commercialization Report. Such report shall contain sufficient detail to enable Ambrx to assess BMS’ compliance with its Commercialization obligations in Section 5.1. Such reports shall be Confidential Information of BMS subject to Article 12.
