Sufficiency of Consideration. Executive hereby acknowledges and agrees that Executive has received good and sufficient consideration for every promise, duty, release, obligation, agreement and right contained in this Release.
Sufficiency of Consideration. Executive acknowledges that the consideration that Executive will receive pursuant to this Agreement serves as sufficient consideration for Executive’s promises to abide by the restrictive covenants set forth in this Section 7.

Sufficiency of Consideration. The parties acknowledge that the covenants contained in this Agreement provide good and sufficient consideration for every promise, duty, release, obligation, agreement and right contained in this Agreement.
