Common use of Commercialization Responsibilities and Costs Clause in Contracts

Commercialization Responsibilities and Costs. Gilead, at its sole cost and expense, shall have responsibility for conducting all Commercialization activities with respect to the Licensed Vaccines and Licensed Products. Gilead shall conduct such activities in compliance with all applicable material legal and regulatory requirements, including all material legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to the Commercialization of such Licensed Products.
