Common use of Commercially Reasonable Efforts; Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Commercially Reasonable Efforts; Cooperation. Each of PVFC and FNB agrees to exercise good faith and use its commercially reasonable best efforts to satisfy the various covenants and conditions to Closing in this Agreement, and to consummate the transactions this Agreement contemplates as promptly as possible.
