Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Maintain Ratings. At all times, Holdings shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain ratings of the Term B Loans and a corporate rating and corporate family rating, as applicable, for Holdings by each of S&P and Xxxxx’x.
