When the Festival arranges to film or videotape a promotional commercial or commercials with an outside producer and hair, wigs and makeup from the Festival are to be used then at least one (1) employee shall be employed to set- up and assist, for the duration of the filming or videotaping. Commercials. This is a non-commercial agreement whereas neither party is required to make any payment to other party for carrying out the responsibilities listed in this agreement.

All non-conforming contracts shall be considered null and void. Agent agrees that this contract shall be produced on yellow paper, in keeping with SAG requirements.
