Editing. The ‘Publisher’ shall have the right to edit and revise the ‘Article’ for any and all uses contemplated under this Agreement, and the ‘Author’ will have the right to review and alter the editing so that the edited ‘Manuscript’ is reasonably and substantially acceptable to the ‘Author’.

Editing. All editing provisions as specified in Appendix B of the 2022 SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract and Section 24 of the 2022 SAG-AFTRA Audio Commercials Contract shall apply, including shorter/longer versions, permitted changes, paid edits, addressable edits, unpermitted edits and mechanical edits. No exclusivity rights may be acquired by Producer with respect to principal performers who perform under the New Mexico Code. Holding fees are not required.
Editing. (a) The Producer shall show the first rough cut and any subsequent rough cuts of the Programme(s) to Channel 4 in London (or as otherwise agreed) and will further (unless Channel 4 agrees that viewing of the Producer’s final version is not required) notify Channel 4 in writing when the Producer’s final version of the Programme(s) is available for viewing and as soon as possible thereafter the Producer shall screen the Producer’s final version for viewing by Channel 4 at such reasonable time and at such venue in London (or as otherwise agreed) as Channel 4 may require so that such screening will not interfere with the agreed production schedule. (b) The Producer will give full consideration in good faith to all suggestions made by Channel 4 for the final cutting of the Programme(s) and if Channel 4 notifies the Producer of any comments on the rough cut the Producer will carry out all changes to or edit such rough cuts as Channel 4 may require and/or if Channel 4 notifies the Producer of any comments on the Producer’s final version:- (i) the Producer shall carry out all changes to or edit such final version as Channel 4 may require to meet the requirements of the current Ofcom Broadcasting Code and accompanying Ofcom Guidance on the Code, the Channel 4 Producers Handbook and the Channel 4 Guidelines as amended from time to time, any codes, regulations, rules and guidance applicable to on demand services, in force at the date of Technical Acceptance , and/or to comply with any representation, warranty or undertaking by the Producer or other contractual specification in respect of the Programme(s) herein contained (including without limitation the Editorial Specification) and/or to conform to legal and/or compliance advice provided by Channel 4 and the cost of such changes or editing shall be borne by the Producer; (ii) the Producer shall carry out any other changes to or edit such final version other than as required pursuant to clause 12 (b) (i) above as requested by Channel 4 and all direct costs and expenses arising therefrom which are notified to Channel 4 prior to being incurred and as approved in writing by Channel 4’s Commercial Affairs Manager shall be paid or reimbursed by Channel 4. (c) As soon as the final cut of the Programme(s) is completed the Producer shall deliver the Programme(s) to Channel 4 in London and the Producer shall carry out (or shall reimburse Channel 4 the costs incurred by Channel 4 in carrying out) all changes to or editing of t...
Editing. The Company will specify two instances for editing after initial filming of the Video and two opportunities for the Client to provide comments upon the Video after each edit. Additional editing shall incur an extra cost of a minimum of £250 (plus VAT) per editing session. If the Client’s comments result in edits which require additional filming or additional resources, the Company may incur additional costs and the Company shall have the right to charge an amount greater than the minimum charge of £250 (plus VAT) provided all such costs are reasonable and have been notified to the Client prior to the Company incurring such costs. 30.1 This clause 30 shall apply in relation to any content we agree to upload on a unique URL to one of our ‘Business Reporter Sponsored Hubs’ on a third-party publisher’s website, including, without limitation, the ‘Business Reporter Dedicated Business Reporter Hub on xxxxxxxxx.xx.xx’, the ‘Dedicated Business Reporter Hub on xxxxxxxxx.xxx‘, the ‘Dedicated Business Reporter Hub on xxxxxx.xxx’, the ‘Dedicated Business Reporter Hub on xxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx’, the ‘Dedicated Business Reporter Hub on xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx’, and any other online hub bearing the ‘Business Reporter’ name and hosted on a third party publisher’s website from time to time (‘Sponsored Hub URLs’). 30.2 Subject to Clause 30.4, and unless agreed otherwise between the parties, Sponsored Hub URLs shall be hosted for twelve (12) months from their date of publication (the "URL Hosting Period"). 30.3 The Company shall have the right to remove the Client’s Sponsored Hub URLs (as the case may be) after the date which is the earlier of: (i) the end of the URL Hosting Period; or (ii) the date when the Company provides notice of a URL Substitution in accordance with Clause 30.4. 30.4 Provided that the Company provides notice to the Client, the Company shall have the right to substitute any or all of the Client’s Sponsored Hub URLs (as the case may be) with one or more replacement Sponsored Hub URL(s) on another publisher’s website (a “URL Substitution”). A URL Substitution may occur (i) at any time after one hundred and twenty (120) days have elapsed following the upload date for the Sponsored Hub URL under ordinary circumstances and for any reason, or (ii) at any time where the original publisher removes the Sponsored Hub URL without the Company’s agreement. Where the Company conducts a URL Substitution, the Company shall no longer be required to host the original Sponsored Hub...
Editing. The Publisher will make no alterations to the Work’s text or title without the Author’s written approval. The Publisher reserves the right to make minor copyediting changes to conform the style of the text to its customary form and usage.

Editing. Subject to and consistent with the terms of Section 3 (Trademark License and Quality Control) and Section 5 (Censorship; Withdrawal of Programs), the Company may, at its sole cost and expense, edit, dub or subtitle in Spanish and/or Portuguese, or otherwise alter Licensed Programming as necessary to comply with local language or custom or local broadcasting requirements ("Localized Licensed Programming"). Such altered Licensed Programming, including, without limitation, the rights to any edited, dubbed or subtitled tracks related thereto, shall be owned exclusively by Licensor subject to the terms of Section 2.5 herein, provided, however, Licensor shall pay the Company for any use of any such altered Licensed Programming pursuant to the terms of the Amended Distribution Agreement.
