Removal of Officers; Vacancies. Any officer of the Company may be removed summarily with or without cause, at any time, by the Manager. Vacancies may be filled by the Manager.

All other officers of the LLC may be removed at any time, with or without cause, by the Board of Managers or by the President. All other officers of the LLC may be removed at any time, with or without cause, by the Management Committee or by the President. Vacancies in the offices of Chairman of the Management Committee, President and Treasurer shall be filled by the Management Committee; vacancies in all other offices shall be filled by the Management Committee or the President.
