Commingling, Exchange and Investment of the DFSP Funds. 2.1. The DFSP shall be accounted for as a single trust fund and shall be kept separate and apart from the funds of the Bank. The Donor’s DFSP Funds may be commingled with other fund assets maintained by the Bank, but shall be kept separate and apart from the funds of the Bank.
