Common use of Commingling of Assets Clause in Contracts

Commingling of Assets. CAI will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries (other than CAI Rail) to, commingle any of their respective assets (including, without limitation, any Collateral or other collections deposited or held or required to be deposited or held in any Collection Accounts) with any assets, revenues, funds, payments, collections, proceeds or any other amounts received or held by CAI Rail or in respect of the operations of CAI Rail.
