The "Commingling of Materials Prohibited" clause prohibits the mixing or combining of one party's materials with those of another party or with unrelated materials. Commingling of Materials Prohibited. Except, when approved in writing by the Contract Administrator, Contractor shall not commingle Program Recyclable Materials with Solid Waste or other material. Commingling of materials in violation of this section of the Contract is a breach of this Contract and may result in, at City’s option, administrative charges and/or termination by City of this Contract.
