Commingling of Materials Prohibited Sample Clauses

The "Commingling of Materials Prohibited" clause prohibits the mixing or combining of one party's materials with those of another party or with unrelated materials. In practice, this means that any goods, raw materials, or products supplied under the agreement must be kept separate and clearly identifiable, often requiring distinct storage or labeling. This clause ensures that ownership and responsibility for materials remain clear, preventing disputes over property rights and facilitating accurate inventory management.
Commingling of Materials Prohibited. Except, when approved in writing by the Contract Administrator, Contractor shall not commingle Program Recyclable Materials with Solid Waste or other material. Commingling of materials in violation of this section of the Contract is a breach of this Contract and may result in, at City’s option, administrative charges and/or termination by City of this Contract.
