Commission, Charges and Interest. 17.1 In respect of all Contracts executed on the HKFE, every such Contract shall be subject to the charge of a levy imposed under the Compensation Fund and a levy pursuant to the Ordinance, the cost of both of which shall be borne by the Customer. The Customer shall also bear any other levy or charge which a relevant Exchange, government or authority having the appropriate jurisdiction may impose from time to time
