Commission, Charges and Interest. 7.1 On all Transactions, I/we will pay the Company all commissions and charges, as notified to me/us, as well as applicable levies imposed by the SEHK, and all applicable stamp duties, withholding tax charged by overseas tax authorities and/or other charges in respect of the Account and Transactions. The Company may deduct such commissions, charges, levies, stamp duties and tax from the Account.
