Common use of Commission Discounts Clause in Contracts

Commission Discounts. In the event any Member receives a commission discount as described in Section 3.2.3, such Member shall be treated upon liquidation of the Company as if such Member had not received a discount and an appropriate income allocation shall be made to such Member so that all liquidating Distributions (other than Preferred Return) to the Members per Unit are equal.
