Common use of Commissioning Capacity Clause in Contracts

Commissioning Capacity. The Project will be considered as commissioned if all equipment as per rated project capacity has been installed and energy has flown into grid, in line with the Commissioning procedures. Commissioning Capacity will be declared on contracted capacity with respect to the capacity of individual summation of Solar inverter capacities and summation of wind turbines installed as per the declared Project configuration. The commissioning capacity formulae is given hereunder; I. Summation of installed capacities of Solar + Wind (A)* = βˆ‘π‘–=𝑛 PiXQi MW + βˆ‘π‘–=𝑛 NiXMi MW β€˜P’ no. of Inverters, each β€˜Pith’ Inverter having a unique rating of β€˜Qi’ MW β€˜n’ no. of wind turbines, each β€˜Nith’ turbine having a unique rating of β€˜Mi’ XX XX.
