Common use of Commissioning Spare Parts Clause in Contracts

Commissioning Spare Parts. Contractor shall provide all pre- commissioning, commissioning, testing and start-up spare parts necessary to achieve Substantial Completion and shall, prior to and as a condition precedent to achieving RFSU, deliver such spare parts to the Site. The cost associated with all Work related to such pre- commissioning, commissioning, testing and start-up spare parts is included in the Contract Price, including all Work related to procuring and storing the commissioning spare parts and the purchase price for such parts.

Contractor shall provide all pre- pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing and start-up spare parts necessary for Contractor-Supplied Equipment to achieve Substantial Completion and shall, prior to and as a condition precedent to achieving RFSUMechanical Completion, deliver such spare parts to the Site. The cost associated with all Work related to such pre- pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing and start-up spare parts is included in the Contract Guaranteed Maximum Price, including all Work related to procuring and storing the commissioning such spare parts and the purchase price for such spare parts.

The cost associated with all Work related to such pre- pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing and start-up spare parts is included in the Contract Price, including all Work related the cost to procuring procure and storing the commissioning furnish such spare parts and the actual purchase price for of such spare parts.
