Commissioning Support. The Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in North London are committed to agreeing and taking forward a programme of collaboration on commissioning and on appropriate projects. North and East London Commissioning Support Unit are expected to support and help make successful this collaboration work. CCG collaboration work will require the CSU to work flexibly, sometimes working with one CCG that is leading on a work programme area on behalf of others. CCG collaborative working should also enable economies of scale in CSU support The approach to collaborative contracting is given in Appendix 2.

Commissioning Support. Design-Build Firm shall provide, and cause its subcontractors to provide, reasonable assistance to the Program Manager and Owner s’ Project Manager for the performance of certain independent commissioning services by the Program Manager for the completed Project or systems therein, including the coordinating of subcontractor assistance and the sequencing and scheduling of commissioning activities to achieve Final Completion in accordance with the Project Schedule.
Commissioning Support. (a) For Accepted Purchase Orders where Tesla is providing Commissioning Support, Tesla shall use commercially reasonable efforts to complete any requested Commissioning Support within four (4) weeks of Tesla’s receipt of the completed Construction Checklist pursuant to the Commissioning Protocol. These liquidated damages have been agreed to by the Parties because the actual damages arising in these circumstances are difficult to predict. They represent a reasonable pre-estimate of the damages that Tesla would incur, and do not constitute a penalty. Payment of these liquidated damages shall be Tesla’s exclusive remedy and Buyer’s exclusive liability in the situation described above.

South West London is working in partnership with our pathfinders and Local Authorities on the development of CSS; • supporting, emerging CCGs to develop effective local CCG teams, • developing strong joint teams with LAs and • developing an efficient and responsive south London CSO. • Developing future market for CSS These will all be developed in the context of emerging national policy. The Pathfinder, alongside the NHS Wandsworth Commissioning Team, will be responsible for ensuring that the South West London Acute Commissioning Unit delivers the following commissioning support outputs: • Integrated acute and community pathway contract negotiation and management arrangements, including monthly exception reporting on contractual risk including quality, contractual dispute and financial risk. • Identification of potential areas of development and leadership of the priority setting process, including the development of CQUINS and KPIs. • Ensuring the interests of the emerging Wandsworth CCG across all acute contracts within South West London and across London b) The emerging Wandsworth Clinical Commissioning Group will provide active leadership in the planning for the annual contracting round. As host commissioners, both the Service Quality Review (SQR) and Service Development SLA meetings at St George’s Healthcare NHS Trust will be chaired by Wandsworth Clinical Commissioning Group members. Commissioning Support. 15.1 Where the Parties enter into an agreement for commissioning support with a CSU the scope of the CSU’s role and responsibilities in relation to this Agreement and the Commissioning Contracts will be set out in that agreement.

  • Engineering Support When requested by CLEC, CBT shall provide timely engineering support. CLEC shall pay CBT for the use of its engineering services at charges previously agreed to by CLEC.

  • Marketing Support Planet Payment will provide such marketing support as Acquirer may reasonably require in connection with marketing the Acquirer Program to Merchants, including but not limited to: (a) The participation of Planet Payment personnel at meetings (if available) or conference calls with Merchants; (b) Assistance in the creation of collateral materials; (c) Assistance in the drafting of contractual agreements and addenda for Acquirers; (d) Assistance in training Merchants in the use of Planet Payment’s systems and reports, which will be made available to them under the Acquirer Program and the operation of the Acquirer Program, including but not limited to use of Planet Payment’s MWEB on-line reporting system and providing suitable training materials.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer’s installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. The ISO and Connecting Transmission Owner must be given at least five Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

The relevant personnel recommended by Party A pursuant to this Article shall meet the qualification requirements for directors and senior management under applicable laws. 2.3 To ensure the performance of this Agreement, Party A agrees to provide to Party B cooperative policy advice and guidance, which is consistent with the daily operation and financial management and the employment policy of Party B.
