Commitment Adjustment. If any Loans (other than Competitive Bid Loans) are outstanding on the date hereof, the Administrative Agent shall make such transfer of funds as are necessary in order that the outstanding balance of such Loans reflects the Commitment Percentages of the Lenders after giving effect to the increase in the Commitment of the Increasing Lender and the corresponding increase in the Aggregate Commitments pursuant hereto.
