Common use of Commitment Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Commitment Adjustment. If any Loans (other than Competitive Bid Loans) are outstanding on the date hereof, the Administrative Agent shall make such transfers of funds as are necessary in order that the outstanding balance of such loans reflects the Commitment Percentages of the Lenders after giving effect to the joinder of the New Lender pursuant to this New Lender Supplement and any increase in the Aggregate Commitments pursuant hereto.
