Commitment Amounts. Notwithstanding any other term of this Agreement, each Lender shall ensure that at all times its Commitment is not less than: (a) its Ancillary Commitment; and (b) the Ancillary Commitment of its Affiliates, in each case, excluding for these purposes any reduction in such Lender’s Commitment attributable to such Ancillary Commitment pursuant to Clause 7.3(a) (Availability).
