Common use of Commitment Clause Clause in Contracts

Commitment Clause. The Parties hereby declare that they are bound by this arbitration clause and undertake to participate in any arbitration that may be proposed, which relates to this instrument, as well as to comply with the arbitration award. The Parties declare their consent for any eventual disputes also related to the Voting Commitment and Assumption of Obligations referred to in Clause 1.8 shall be decided in the same arbitration procedure based on this arbitration clause.
